Er. Mithlesh Kumar Jha

Chairman - Management Committee

An MSc. graduate in Engineering Management and Ph.D. scholar, Mr. Jha has vast experience in the field of education management and entrepreneurship. He has worked in several educational organizations as faculty, administrator and Principal for tertiary education institutions. His expertise includes quality management and standardization. Currently, he administers four colleges run by CG Holdings under CG learning. He is currently the General Manager heading the Education Unit, the Human Resources and Business Development Department for the Chaudhary Group.

He is a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 certification, a life member of Nepal Engineer’s association, and has been nominated as an expert in the roster of Nepal Engineering Council.

Dr. Khagendra Prasad Ojha

Chairman - Board of Directors

Dr. Khagendra Prasad Ojha is the Chairman of Kathmandu World School, and also the Chief Executive Officer of Global College of Management. In addition, he also serves as Chairman of Valley View English School, Global College International and Uniglobe Secondary School.

Dr. Ojha is a gold medalist in MBA from Tribhuvan University (TU), and received his Ph. D. degree in Development Economics from University of Warsaw, Poland. He has worked at the Western Michigan University, USA as a visiting faculty. He has presented many research papers in international conferences held in the USA, Poland and India. In the past, he worked at Tribhuvan University as an Associate Professor for more than two decades, and is a renowned faculty of Accountancy. He has published many research articles in various international and national journals and many books on Accountancy.

Dr. Nar Bahadur Bista


Dr. Nar Bahadur Bista is a Board Director of Kathmandu World School, Valley View English School, Global College International and Uniglobe Secondary School. He is the former principal of Global College of Management. Earlier he worked in Tribhuwan University as an Assistant Professor of Economics for more than a decade. Dr. Bista received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Warsaw, Poland. Besides this, he also attended Summer School on Econometrics at Cambridge University, UK, MDP at IIM, Ahmedabad, India and also participated in a training on research methodology in Bangkok. He has presented several research papers in international conferences. He is a renowned faculty of Economics, and has published many research articles in various international and national journals as well as many books on Economics.

Dr. Rajendra Kumar Ghising

Chief Executive/ Director

Rajendra K. Ghising has been involved from the very inception of Kathmandu World school in providing inputs for the design and development of the school infrastructure and facilities as well as developing its vision, mission and policies. Before he joined Kathmandu World School, he was associated for more than two decades with GEMS school, and in his capacity as the Chief Executive Officer for the last eight years.

He has an MBA from Ace Institute of Management, Pokhara University, Nepal and Ph. D. in Management from Angeles University, Philippines. Mr. Ghising has a wealth of experience in academic administration and management of education institutes, particularly private schools and colleges. He strongly believes in continuous learning and innovation, and holds a deep commitment to the KWS mission, values and learning principles.
