Intra School Exhibition 2019

Intra School Science Exhibition was organized in the school campus on 15th March, 2019. There were four science projects selected and on display. These projects were conceived on innovative ideas by students in the field of science and technology. The projects involved concepts in agriculture and rain harvest, food cooking machine, sewage treatment plant and smart city. Purna Shrestha and Sankhar Khanal Joshi our Physics and Chemistry faculty members were mentors assigned to motivate students in building the design on display.

The objective of this exhibition was to promote students to think out of the box, generate new ideas and execute the ideas to generate prototypes and models. Students were encouraged to s participate in the projects and were able to showcase their talents in the field of Science and Technology.

Similarly the students from the Management stream had food items on display and sale. The students collectively prepared food for sale to the students, teachers and parents. The objective of this event was to let the students explore their ideas on business, learn how to deal with potential customers and make a profit out of it. They also learned to work in a group and distribute the work load among the participants. The learned by experience the terms like organization, investment, breakeven point, profit and loss.

“I did not know my son was this active and participatory, I am very happy for him and would like to thank the school for providing the opportunity” was a remark by one of the visiting parents which sums up the event.
