Parental Engagement Initiative

The parents/guardians of the Secondary School were invited to participate in a session facilitated by our in-house Psycho-social counsellor, Ms. Rachana on the topic “Raising ourselves first before raising our children”. The primary objective of the interaction was to help parents cope with understanding and managing adolescent developmental issues and problems through positive parenting. The session included dissemination of information on skills and principles essential for a parent to become more caring, supportive, competent and responsible. It also focused on promoting parenting skills to build and strengthen relationship with our children. The parents/guardians appreciated the session and encouraged the school to organize similar events in the future.
